Tropical Storm Ingrid Here We Go
Tropical Storm Ingrid is coming our way the ninth storm of the Atlantic hurricane season.Ingrid was moving toward the west-northwest near 6 mph and was expected to continue at that pace for the next 24 hours.
Maximum sustained winds were near 40 mph with higher gusts. Tropical storm force winds extend outward up to 50 miles from the center.
Tropical Storm Ingrid emerged over the Atlantic Ocean on Thursday, becoming the ninth named storm of the 2007 Atlantic season, the US National Hurricane Center said. With winds of up to 65 kilometers (40 miles) per hour.
